Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment Specialist to manage the
operational processes of enrollments and payments for health
insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a queue of enrollment and payment tasks from the company to
insurance carriers
Engage with Engineering and Operations teams to build tools that
improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to create solutions for
distinct customer needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and relevant on-the-job experience (including
internships)
Strong growth mindset with a desire to learn and improve
Well-developed organizational skills
Ability to think critically and solve complex problems with limited
oversight
Proven track record of managing a queue of tasks effectively
