Job Description:

A company is looking for a Claims Service Center Leader for Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee customer service for Employee Benefits claims products, ensuring exceptional experiences for clients and stakeholders
Develop and manage operational models to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to implement a leading claims customer service strategy

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Employee Benefits / Group Insurance Claims and Service
5+ years of leadership experience in a Claims and/or Contact Center environment
Experience with Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and/or Paid/Unpaid Leave
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strong understanding of technology and industry trends
