Job Description:

A company is looking for an Oasis Review Specialist.
Key Responsibilities

Review OASIS and patient records to identify opportunities for improvement in patient care and documentation accuracy
Ensure compliance with OASIS guidelines and other applicable regulations through chart reviews
Collaborate with clinicians to amend OASIS and clinical documentation as necessary

Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, Therapist, Licensed Practicing Nurse, or Therapy Assistant
Training and experience in Quality Improvement activities
Minimum of 3 years in Home Care or related health programs
Knowledge of CMS & OASIS Rules and Guidelines
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
