Job Description:

A company is looking for a Coordinator, Digital Transcription.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Digital Transcription Manager in assigning transcriptionists based on capacity and performance
Provide client service by answering inquiries related to digital reporting jobs
Review digital reporter's work for quality and collaborate with the manager to assign appropriate transcription resources

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service-driven industry
Ability to learn the company's technology platform
Experience or capacity to learn NetSuite systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
