Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Learning Systems Integration
Staff to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of
innovative learning technologies and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with HRIS and EIS to ensure seamless integration of
learning technology with HR platforms and ERP systems
Manages and maintains integrations and data feeds between AU
platforms and other business systems
Assesses emerging technologies and provides recommendations to
support modern, engaging, and scalable learning experiences
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Ten or more years of experience implementing and administering
corporate learning management systems
Knowledge of learning management systems best practices and
administration
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Instructional
Technology, Education, Business, or related field (preferred)
Experience administering the Cornerstone on Demand Learning
Management System (preferred)
