our evaluation database, conducting data analysis, and preparing
regular reports for our directors. You'll also lead the development
of our annual report, summarizing achievements and milestones, and

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Two years of related experience in program support, development,
and implementation
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Understanding of basic research methodology and basic statistical
skills [e.g. descriptive statistics, correlations]
Familiarity with Qualtrics (e.g., survey building, downloading
data) similar web-based survey software
Familiarity with data entry and management
Responsibilities
Program Development and Coordination: Maintains the RCHI TX-REP
evaluation database, completing basic data analysis and preparing
regularly scheduled reports for Directors. Designs and maintains a
database schema to organize and store data relevant to TX-REP
initiatives. Leads in developing the RCHI TX-REP annual report,
summarizing achievements, milestones, and key metrics. Collaborates
with evaluation team, providing data insights and recommendations
for program growth. Assists leadership with designing and
implementing comprehensive program assessments. Oversees the
collection and entry of monthly data sets for summarization and
reporting. Coordinates logistics for workshops and events including
scheduling, venue arrangements, setup, and communications.
Administrative Support and Team Leadership: Provides advanced
administrative support for CHEER and RCHI TX-REP, including
assistance with policy development, procedure updates, and report
preparation. Assists in preparing reports and other documents
required for program operations. Serves as a resource for staff,
assisting in program and administrative task coordination. Supports
CHEER/RCHI operations, providing assistance as needed across
various teams. Coordinates communication and workflow across
departments and stakeholders. Directs a team of student employees
in program support, including hiring, training, and performance
evaluation.
Communication and Outreach: Coordinates the creation and
distribution of communication materials related to RCHI TX-REP
evaluation, including white papers, website updates, and other
content.
Professional Development and Additional Duties: Develops and
enhances a personal professional development plan to increase job
knowledge and skills. Participates in workshops, conferences, and
other professional development opportunities.
