Job Description:
Job DescriptionWe're seeking inclusive and committed Receiving
Technicians to join Frito-Lay, where you will be responsible for
various warehouse and production duties. Although you will start
working for Frito- Lay, this full-time job can open the door to
career opportunities with our parent company, PepsiCo. We are open
24 hours a day, which means you may not have a typical schedule. As
a Full-Time team member, you would work between 40 and 50 hours per
week and be eligible to receive full company benefits including

physical job! If you have never worked in a warehouse environment
before, you should understand that you will be on your feet for the
entirety of your shift. Here is a list of some of the more frequent
tasks you could expect to perform during the workday:
- Safely operate a forklift to load and unload pallets and
individual cases to and from trailers
- Picked appropriate cases according to order using required
technology
- Loaded trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a
truck trailer
- General housekeeping and specific sanitation tasks as required
( e.g. you may be asked to sweep the floor, help clean a trailer,
take out the trash, etc.)
- Track and manage carton delivery appointments.
- Receive all carton stock deliveries and make sure the delivery
is accurate and escalate when the numbers don't match.
- Making sure all the products in the aisles are scanned into the
right location by verifying it against ICS and amending the
information accordingly.
- Make sure all orders are delivered on time to the right
departments.
- Make sure that used cartons are used first at all times .
- Make sure all live loads are taken care of as the top
priority
- Appropriately fill out and maintain all required paperwork for
carton raw materials
- Support GES by clearing up the bundles from their offload
.
- Learn to use the dynamic yard system in scheduling the trailers
for the shift that needed to be offloaded based on the inventory
level.
- Make sure the lifts are maintained well and escalate when there
is an issue .
- Keeping communication open between departments by answering the
radio . Please be sure you meet the following minimum requirements

- You have one year of experience operating a forklift or using
equipment in a manufacturing/warehouse environment
- You are 18 years of age or older
- You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as
off shift
- You can lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable

- You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for
extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
- You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products

lifts to access areas of the plant)

extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and
