A company is looking for an Application Business Analyst to
solve business challenges and enhance operations in the healthcare
sector.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, designing, and improving business processes
Analyze and document client business requirements and communicate
them to technical personnel
Participate in testing and technical reviews to ensure system
design meets client needs
Required Qualifications
Three or more years of experience in translating technical goals
into actionable plans
Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including
configuration and development
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantitative analysis
software
Experience in business process re-engineering
Ability to influence and motivate team members effectively
