Senior Operations Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst Senior to manage onboarding new clients and support the Systematics Hosted environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage onboarding of new clients and coordinate environment requirements
Investigate and resolve processing and user problems following escalation procedures
Maintain production support disaster recovery plans and conduct testing as required

Required Qualifications

Experience with tools such as ZEKE, SAR, Panvalet, Endevor, and Control-M
Associate's Degree or equivalent relevant experience
Knowledge of client objectives and business priorities
Ability to analyze client requirements and anticipate future needs
Experience in troubleshooting and recognizing abnormal processing conditions
