Job Description:
A company is looking for an Implementation Consultant -
Enterprise HR (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the transition of new clients to the Paycor product suite and
ensure a smooth conversion
Act as the primary client contact throughout the implementation
process and establish strong working relationships
Provide consultation on best practices and system utilization to
meet clients' business objectives
Required Qualifications
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
At least 2 years' experience in a client-facing position, with
prior implementation or project management experience preferred
Knowledge of human capital software preferred
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web tools
for conferencing and training
Flexibility in scheduling to meet client needs with short
turnaround
