A company is looking for a Team Lead, Workforce Systems & Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Workforce Systems & Reporting Analysts
Analyze data and implement improvement opportunities for operational efficiency
Oversee testing and verification of application systems to ensure quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent
Experience with call center Workforce Management software
Proficiency in SQL, SAS Base coding, and Excel analytics
Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years in a Workforce role
Experience with SharePoint
