Job Title: Senior Application Support Analyst (Sage & Syspro Experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Application Support Analyst with a strong background in supporting Sage and Syspro ERP systems. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of Sage and Syspro applications across various business functions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in system upgrades, and resolve complex application issues, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level support for Sage and Syspro applications, addressing issues related to functionality, performance, and integration.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement system enhancements and updates.
Analyze system logs and user feedback to identify recurring issues and recommend solutions.
Maintain system documentation, including process flows, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
Train and mentor junior support staff and provide guidance on application-related matters.

Requirements:

Proven experience in supporting Sage and Syspro ERP applications.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze complex application issues.
Familiarity with application integration, database management, and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Experience in an application support or systems analyst role is preferred.
Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented environment.
