Job Description *We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk Technician to
provide technical support and assistance in setting up Cisco phones
and office workstations. The ideal candidate will have experience
in configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software, ensuring
smooth and efficient operations within the office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Cisco Phone Setup: Configure and install Cisco phones, including
setting up directory numbers and voicemail using Cisco Unified Call
Manager and Cisco Unity Connection.-Workstation Setup: Install,
configure, and maintain office workstations, including hardware and
software components.-Technical Support: Provide front-line support
for hardware and software issues, responding to queries via phone,
email, or in person.-Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve
technical problems related to computer systems, LAN/WAN networks,
and other office equipment.-User Training: Train end-users on the
proper use of hardware and software, including new technologies and
best practices.-Documentation: Maintain accurate records of
configurations, installations, and troubleshooting
activities.-Inventory Management: Track and manage IT assets,
ensuring all equipment is accounted for and up to date.
The hourly pay for this position is between $15-$20/hr depending
upon experience and qualifications.
