Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Operations Business Analyst - IL5
to bridge the gap between IT and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with the IT team to deliver IT services in compliance with US
Government requirements using on-prem and cloud technologies
Collaborate with non-technical and technical team members and
internal clients
Gather requirements, design solutions, test, and validate
Required Qualifications:
5+ years in an IT Business Analyst role in an IT Operations
Department
IL5 experience is preferred, but not required
Strong knowledge of the SDLC lifecycle
Must be a US Citizen
Must work EST hours
