A company is looking for a Product Support Consultant III to
assist customers with WordPress and hosting needs.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a WordPress expert to assist customers with their goals and
challenges
Provide support through voice, chat, and ticket channels for
WordPress and hosting issues
Identify opportunities for new training materials and contribute to
improving customer experience
Required Qualifications

Knowledge in troubleshooting and resolving WordPress and hosting
issues
Strong desire to teach WordPress and web-based technologies
