Job Description:

A company is looking for a Compliance Analyst to manage complex claims and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate, evaluate, and settle complex claims with minimal supervision
Determine coverage, liability, and damages while setting appropriate reserves
Process claims in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
Appropriately licensed in New York
Extensive knowledge of industry standards and practices
Computer experience with claims and business software
