The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in coaching, leading and managing both outside and inside sales, and administrative staff. With a strong commitment to customer service and quality, the Distribution Branch Manager ensures all transactions are processed efficiently, accurately, and with the highest standards of excellence.Salary + Additional Benefits: Depends on experience - bonuses, commissions, etc.

  • Drive customer satisfaction strategies by setting high standards of operational quality regarding the receiving, storing, shipping and logistics management of the products.
  • Create a culture of high performance and selling among the inside sales team, turning quotes around quickly and following up to close opportunities.
  • Manage the performance of the outside sales team, driving their territory management plans, and supporting their initiatives with customers.
  • Review administrative processes to ensure reports are kept up to date daily, ensuring documentation supports the business success.
  • Be the face of the company in front of customers in the Gulf region.Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 10+ years of relevant experience in a supply chain environment
    • Experience with tubes, steel, and/or industrial products.
    • 5+ years supervisory experience
    • Strong front-line leadership skills
