Delivering a transformation of this scale requires hands-on coordination of workflow design, system readiness, and milestone tracking. Reporting to the Program Director - LYB Operating Model Transformation, the D2S Track Project Lead is responsible for bridging strategic objectives with tactical execution, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring key milestones are met to deliver measurable outcomes. To achieve this, the Track Project Lead works closely with Platform Process Owners (PPOs) to align execution efforts with strategic priorities and maintain consistency across end-to-end workflows. This role focuses on aligning Demand-to-Supply workflows with SAP S/4HANA capabilities to improve efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and ensure seamless product delivery across global operations.

Key activities the D2S Track Project Lead will directly lead and/or support include designing and validating demand planning and production scheduling workflows, managing system testing for inventory and logistics processes, and monitoring performance metrics such as lead times, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment accuracy. This role ensures that Demand-to-Supply workflows align with LYBOM's broader vision for a streamlined and scalable operating model.


Roles & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this Role Include:

1. Supporting the tactical execution of Demand-to-Supply workflows:

• 
  
• Collaborate and validate ensuring alignment with SAP S/4HANA capabilities and LYBOM's objectives for simplification and compliance.
  
• Ensure D2S workflows address interdependencies between supply chain functions and meet operational readiness requirements.
  
• Support the resolution of workflow gaps and dependencies during implementation to enable seamless execution.
  
  
  2. Managing system testing and deployment readiness:

  • Lead system testing efforts to validate D2S workflows for operational readiness and compliance with organizational standards.
    
  • Address workflow and system challenges during testing to ensure deployment readiness and smooth adoption across global supply chain operations.
    
  • Work closely with the program office to track milestones and ensure the timely delivery.
    
    
    3. Monitoring and optimizing workflow performance:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure workflows deliver measurable results.
      
    • Use performance data to identify inefficiencies and refine workflows to enhance efficiency and resource optimization.
      
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize Demand-to-Supply processes.
      
      
      4. Ensuring alignment with LYBOM's transformation goals:

      • Act as the primary point of contact for tactical execution within the D2S value stream, ensuring workflows directly support LYBOM's vision for an optimized operating model.
        
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational alignment with the broader transformation program.
        
      • Support change management efforts to drive adoption of standardized processes and ensure operational readiness for global deployment of D2S workflows.

        Min. Qualifications
        Qualifications and Competencies:
        
        To succeed in this role, the Track Project Lead for Demand to Supply (D2S) will need to demonstrate strong process execution capabilities, effective collaboration skills, and an ability to navigate supply chain workflows within complex systems. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, operational oversight, and stakeholder management to deliver measurable outcomes that align with LYBOM's transformation goals.
        
        Qualifications:
        
        
        • 
          
        • Typically, 10+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics operations, with expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and production scheduling, and demonstrated experience leading a team
          
        • Understanding of LYB's processes for demand forecasting, production planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics preferred
          
        • Strong project management skills with a focus on program execution
          
        • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, engineering or a related field
