Job Description:

A company is looking for a Credit & Collections Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of B2B Retail accounts, ensuring timely collections and resolving discrepancies
Proactively contact clients regarding past-due invoices and assist in resolving billing and credit issues
Evaluate credit risk and recommend credit limits for small to medium-sized accounts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years of professional experience in B2B Retail collections, preferably in Consumer Packed Goods (CPG)
Advanced computer skills in MS Office and proficiency in High Radius Credit and Collections platforms and SAP
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
