Duration: 6+ month contract

About the Position

This position is responsible for the functional support of the 9.2 PeopleSoft HCM/Financials platform . Key responsibilities include:

Requirements gathering , application configuration, end-user support, and testing for ongoing enhancements to the production application.
Providing functional expertise and contributing to improvements and enhancements for mission-critical, enterprise-wide information systems.

Requirements

PeopleSoft techno-functional knowledge of:

HR, Payroll, Commitment Accounting, Position Management/Budgeting
Ability to write functional specifications
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business and development teams



Preferred Qualifications:

End-to-end knowledge of Commitment Accounting and General Ledger Processing , initiating from HCM and interfacing into the FSCM system.
Experience with configuring HCM to FSCM Integration Broker service operations to support payroll-to-GL interface.
Strong understanding of Position Management and Department Budget business processes from a system perspective.

Role & Responsibilities

Collaborate with end-users to gather business needs and requirements.
Assist in analyzing and designing PeopleSoft deliverables based on business requirements.
Create and assist in the development of functional specifications .
Educate and advise end users on PeopleSoft HR/Payroll/Commitment Accounting functionality and its integration with FSCM.
Work closely with technical teams to develop, test, and document enhancements and modifications.
Ensure project deliverables align with business requirements .
Conduct end-user training and prepare user documentation as needed.
Analyze and troubleshoot functional system issues , providing resolution options.
Adhere to established methodologies, controls, and quality standards .
Work independently with limited direction while also contributing effectively within a team environment .
