Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consultant, Application Support
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary IT contact for new and existing applications
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document break/fix incidents while
providing 24/7 on-call support
Collaborate with clinical customers and software vendors to ensure
smooth system operation and participate in software implementation
projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's Degree with two (2) years of
experience in business analysis
Experience supporting vended software applications in a clinical
setting
Strong incident management skills and troubleshooting technical
issues
Experience coordinating with software vendors on implementations
and technical support
Vendor application certification may be required (determined by
hiring manager)
