About The Role:
As Research Analyst, you will provide best-in-class research and
analytical support of the Houston commercial real estate market.
Professionalism, customer service, attention to detail, and quality
of output are instrumental to the success of this role. The role
will encompass regular tasks around the collection and analysis of
core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and
support the team's production and delivery of research materials to
internal stakeholders and external clients and prospects.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in the creation and timely delivery of both standard and
bespoke point-of-sale Research outputs.
- Provide exceptional partnership to brokerage, Sales Management
and Marketing colleagues on specific pitches, projects, and
deliverables.
- Research and collect primary and secondary market information
regarding the Houston commercial real estate market.
- Gather accurate data on properties, transactions, tenants,
tenants in the market, and new developments in the service of
maintaining the industry's most accurate and robust data
platform.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years related experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and
experience.
- Experience in commercial real estate or other market research
role desired.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong
organizational and analytical skills. Ability to problem solve in
ambiguous situations.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous
service to customers. Ability to effectively and succinctly present
information and analytical findings.
- Knowledge of financial and real estate-related terms and
principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures.
- Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret financial
documents.
- Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office.
