Job Description:

A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to support the design and implementation of total rewards programs.
Key Responsibilities

Support the research, design, and implementation of total rewards programs, including compensation and benefits
Analyze market data to inform compensation program design and participate in salary surveys
Conduct data analysis to address business needs and manage vendor invoices and billing

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in HR, Compensation, or Finance in a multinational company or consulting environment
Bachelor's Degree
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite and familiarity with Workday
Strong analytical and financial skills
Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders
