iSphere is on the lookout for skilled professionals to join a dynamic and fast-paced phone system conversion project. This remote opportunity involves transitioning a client from one phone system to another, requiring expertise in configuring Cisco phones on the back end and offering remote support through a bridge system.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure Cisco phones on the back end to support the new system rollout.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in Cisco phone system configuration on the back end.
Ability to work efficiently and reliably in a remote setting.
Telco phone experience is advantageous but not required.
Strong network configuration and troubleshooting skills are preferred.
Familiarity with Cisco Meraki is a significant plus.
Excellent communication skills for providing remote support to end users.
Quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes.
