This role is perfect for someone with expertise in Hexagon technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for guiding clients through successful product implementations, training, and optimization. Key Responsibilities

Consultation & Advisory: Understand client requirements and business processes to provide expert guidance on Hexagon solutions.
Advise clients on the best Hexagon products and services for their needs, offering tailored solutions to complex problems.
Develop strategies for implementations and optimizations.


Implementation & Support: Lead product deployments and configuration of Hexagon software to ensure seamless integration within the client's environment.
Provide post-implementation support, ensuring proper functionality, user adoption, and problem resolution.
Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend improvements for system performance.


Training & Knowledge Transfer: Deliver user training sessions on Hexagon products and solutions, ensuring clients are equipped with the necessary skills.
Prepare and present documentation, including user guides, best practices, and troubleshooting resources.


Customer Success: Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor product performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.


Project Management: Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of services and projects.
Track project milestones and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.



Qualifications

Experience: 3 years of experience working with Hexagon products, including HxGN, GeoMedia, Intergraph, etc.
Previous experience in consulting, system integration, or implementation of geospatial/engineering software solutions.
Strong understanding of business processes with Hexagon products.


Skills & Competencies: In-depth knowledge of Hexagon product suite and integration with various technologies and platforms.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to travel as needed.


Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geospatial Sciences, Computer Science, or related field.


Certifications (Preferred): Certification in Hexagon products or related technologies.
