Job Description:
A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to join
its Central Business Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates in the planning, design, development, and deployment
of new applications and enhancements
Provides testing support and resolves production support issues in
collaboration with other departments
Develops and maintains procedural manuals and training materials
for system users
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in a related field or equivalent education is
required
One to three years of experience in insurance is required; three to
five years preferred
High level of experience with core software applications is
required
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
is necessary
Experience in overseeing the design, development, and
implementation of software testing solutions is required
