Job Description:
A company is looking for an Analyst, Support Services
(Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support to customers via calls, emails, and
chat across multiple platforms
Create and manage support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation
and timely follow-up
Research solutions using available resources and collaborate with
teammates for issue resolution
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years experience using Google Suite products
1+ years experience in the Customer Service field
Experience in an IT/Help Desk Support environment (preferred)
Degree in Computer Information Technology or Education
(preferred)
