Our technology-driven platform has put us in a position to seek out 8 Real Estate Agents to fill immediate positions on our Team.

Seeking agents that are ambitious, self-motivated, and want to grow.

Position: Real Estate Agent

Location: League City/Houston/Galveston, TX

Our mission is to help families into their homes and guide them through one of the biggest financial investments they will make.



Compensation: $80,000 - $350,000 per year

Responsibilities:

--- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
--- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
--- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
--- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
--- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients.
--- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline.

Qualifications:

--- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
--- Technology driven
--- Past sales experience is preferred
--- Organized and manages time effectively
--- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
--- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
--- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently.
--- Good organizational and time management skills.
--- Tech-savvy.
--- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience and success is preferred.
