of Sales. The right candidate will manage all sales activity,
escrow closings, and representation to the public. Manage sales
projections.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the
following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Motivate and coordinate between the departments of Sales,
Escrow, Marketing, Construction, Product Development, Land
Acquisition, and Mortgage.
- Resolve problems and/or issues pertaining to any
department.
- Meet or beat set sales goals.
- Recruit and hire future sales representatives. Train and
motivate the sales force.
- Perform a competitive analysis on product, features, and
neighborhoods/amenities.
- Work with the Marketing Coordinator/Manager and Division
Manager on advertising.
- Work with the agents on all marketing promotions.
- Perform realtor outreach (realtor breakfasts, lunches, office
presentations).
- Oversee grand openings and new phases.
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to
serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the
company.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesDirectly manages two or more
employees in the Sales & Marketing Department. Carries out
supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's
policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include
interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning,
and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and
disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving
problems.QualificationsEducation and/or Experience
- Fifth-year college or university program certificate.
- Six to eight years of related experience and/or training.
- Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
- Provide attention to detail and manage multiple
responsibilities.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal
communication skills.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out
instructions furnished in written or oral form or via DRH
applications.
- Proficiency with MS Office and email.Preferred Qualifications
