Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative team, managing art directors, copywriters, and
production artists for B2B campaigns
Develop and oversee creative strategies across various marketing
channels and campaigns
Define and measure KPIs for relevant initiatives and manage
freelance contributors
Required Qualifications
10+ years of creative experience in the B2B space
Strong experience in selling health or lifestyle brands
Proven leadership and management abilities
Innovative vision for communication strategies and development
Experience with A/B testing of marketing components
