Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Broker to assist the
Broker team in executing trades and managing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accounts for new business and renewal processes, ensuring
optimal client coverage
Support brokers in creating market submissions and reviewing
documents for accuracy
Generate reports on performance metrics to inform brokers on
portfolio trends
Required Qualifications and Education
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry
Bachelor's degree required; preferred fields include Business
Administration, Sales, or Risk Management
Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line
licenses
Preferred certifications include Certified Insurance Service
Representative (CISR) and Commercial Insurance License (CIL)
