A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to drive
training and content strategies for their Sales and Customer
Success teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding program and ensure continuous learning
opportunities for GTM teams
Collaborate with Product Marketing to create effective enablement
materials
Implement metrics to assess training effectiveness and support
ongoing skill development
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in a sales enablement role within a
high-performance sales organization
Experience with sales methodologies and enablement best
practices
Proficient in sales tools such as Salesforce and Gong
Proven success in designing and implementing outcome-based training
programs
Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to
problem-solving
