Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solutions Sales Manager to lead their
sales team and drive results in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the end-to-end sales process using a consultative
approach
Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and lead
conversion
Manage revenue-generating partnerships and oversee sales pipeline
development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
Master's preferred
Minimum of 5 years of selling experience in IT, preferably in
software or SaaS solutions
Proficiency in HubSpot, particularly in setting up sales
workflows
Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-oriented selling
in a B2B environment
Strong leadership and team management experience focused on driving
results
