Senior Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to support billing and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with customers to ensure invoice accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies
Educate customers on online invoice and payment options
Monitor outstanding balances and manage invoice preparation and reconciliation

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED
Must be 18 years or older
Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
Ability to train onsite for the first two days in Schaumburg, IL
Ability to work Monday - Friday, 07:30 AM - 04:00 PM CST
