Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Operations Associate
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound requests from the Sales organization, including
Salesforce reporting and inquiries about sales processes
Develop and generate Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide
insights into sales activities and performance metrics
Assist in the onboarding process for new sales hires and provide
training on sales technologies and processes
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Salesforce reporting and data analysis,
preferably in a sales or business intelligence role
Strong proficiency in Salesforce reporting functionalities,
including report creation and dashboards
Ability to create visually appealing presentations using tools like
PowerPoint or Google Slides
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and integrity
Knowledge of sales processes and understanding of B2B sales is a
plus
