execute change management in complex environments. Integrating the

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
and expand market share in the Western region.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team,

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

forecasting.
- Strong leadership and team development abilities.
- Exceptional client relationship-building and negotiation
skills.
