Responsibilities:
--- Regularly reach out to potential leads to enhance sales performance.
--- Cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive sales expansion.
--- Perform consultations with buyers and sellers to grasp their preferences and property needs, then recommend suitable listings.
--- Coordinate open house events to effectively showcase agency properties.

Qualifications:
--- A valid Real Estate License is necessary for the position.
--- Past Sales Experience: Preferred.
