Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative -
Mandarin Speaking (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Monitor leads and enrollments from various marketing channels and
report on customer behavior
Qualify incoming inquiries from parents and students, managing data
within Salesforce CRM
Establish and maintain positive customer interactions and support
outreach tactics for events
Required Qualifications
Native or proficient in Mandarin
Proficient in English, both spoken and written
Experience in Chinese marketing platforms and customer service
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
Experience in the education sector or related professional services
(preferred but not mandatory)
