A company is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide
technical support and maintain IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to employee technical support requests and troubleshoot
issues across various devices and applications
Manage and maintain end-user devices, implementing security
policies and ensuring compliance
Oversee user identity management and VPN connectivity, ensuring
secure remote access for employees
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT support or related fields
Experience with Google Workspace administration and
troubleshooting
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and MacOS operating
systems
Familiarity with endpoint management tools and cloud-based identity
management systems
Experience with VPN technologies and network protocols
