Job Title: Senior Engineer

Position:
The company has an immediate opening for a Sr. Engineer to join their dynamic team. The qualified candidate will have between 7-10 years of relevant experience.
The qualified candidate should possess a high energy level, be self-motivated, and wear multiple hats through the management of a project. Technical specialization, proactivity and aggressiveness when meeting client and project needs are pluses. In addition to all the skills listed above, the qualified candidate should possess a strong "can-do" customer service attitude.

You will be responsible for helping develop the Houston market and managing our existing clients while developing new client cities, counties, MUD's and others. You will be responsible for design, helping win work, proposals, and developing staff.

Professional Engineer, Texas

7-10 Years Experience

Design Experience

Mentoring & Training of Staff

Business Development

Communication with Clients and Staff

Project Management

Growth Driven with a Winning Attitude

Construction support services for civil works projects

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software

Proactive attitude of taking independent initiative, exhibiting creative problem-solving, and eagerness to learn, while remaining dedicated to teamwork

Experience leading projects and mentoring junior staff

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentations

Demonstrated career growth that includes project management experience

*Must be a licensed P.E.
