Job Description:
A company is looking for a Tax Assistant Manager - Pass-Thru
Entity Tax for a 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough review of S-Corp, Partnership, Composite,
Pass-Thru Entity and Miscellaneous Tax Returns
Assist in preparation and review of tax estimates and respond to
IRS & State tax notices
Ensure timely and accurate submissions and manage 3rd party tax
preparers/consultants
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's in Tax strongly
preferred)
3-5 years prior public accounting or corporate tax experience
Self-disciplined in a remote work environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work within a team environment
