Job Description:

open job position.Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive human resources/organization
development experience (or equivalent).
- 5+ years previous leadership experience (or equivalent).
- Advanced experience (or equivalent) in global, high-volume
recruiting and HR operations.
- Ability to influence and build networks at all levels to
establish collaborative working relationships.Responsibilities:
- Leading the local HR teams: Administration, Payroll, Talent
Acquisition, L&D, and local HR Business Partners.
- Lead engagement and records management with States, Provinces,
etc. in regard to Payroll Taxes, Workers Compensation insurance and
similar items.
- Lead engagement with benefits/insurance providers (Health,
Vision, Dental, Life, Disability, etc.) as well as 401k and other
retirement programs.
- Lead engagement with internal IT teams to automate HR and
connected business tools.
- Prepare and execute local HR Strategy including Compensation
and Benefits, Local L&D initiatives, Employee Engagement,
Employer Branding.
- Ensuring goal achievement via HR KPIs monitoring in the
Region.
- Facilitating the Global Processes in the Region and
Countries.
- Close exchange with the Central HR Departments and Business
Unit (Towers) HR Business partners.
- Driving initiatives to improve and digitalize HR
functions.
- Ensure consistent communication of HR topics in the
Region.
- Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Close cooperation with the Region and country management to
ensure effective management of personnel costs and attractive
Compensation & Benefits offers for our colleagues.
- Coach & develop local management layer.
- Develop & improve local HR & TA Processes, Policies, Internal
regulations.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other Compliance Standards
within Region HR Area.
- Represent Employer in front of third parties including federal,
state, Province and local governmental institutions.Qualifications:
- Prefer 5 years of proven and related Leadership
experience.
- Proven track record in KPI Management, Payroll, Talent
Acquisition and all above mentioned departments.
- Proven track record and engagement with ADP as payroll process
provider.
- Strong federal, state and local labor law knowledge.
- Communication Skills: Smart and effective verbal/written
communication.
- HR Management Knowledge: Understanding HR policies, labor laws,
and best practices, including leveraging AI solutions where
possible.
- Proactiveness, Solution-orientation, ownership and the drive to
leverage HR Performance.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement HR
strategies that support the overall business objectives.
- Leadership and Team Management: Leading HR teams, managing
conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Addressing and resolving workplace
issues efficiently and fairly.
- Cultural Awareness: Understanding and respecting the diverse
cultural backgrounds of employees.
- Adaptability: Being flexible and open to change, especially in
a dynamic business environment.
- Networking: Building and maintaining professional relationships
to leverage opportunities and resources.
