Job Description:
A company is looking for an Organizational Change Management
Presales Team Lead to oversee presales team members and deliver
technology solutions for business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage team dynamics, conduct performance reviews, and oversee
hiring and onboarding processes
Develop client-focused offers by staying updated with Microsoft
changes and collaborating with practice leads
Ensure timely and accurate completion of presales deliverables,
including Budgetary Estimates and Statements of Work
Required Qualifications
5-10+ years of experience leading large-scale change
initiatives
Significant experience with change leadership methodologies and
IT/Microsoft products
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
Experience in developing and executing change plans to achieve
business value
Consulting experience within the Microsoft ecosystem is
preferred
