Join our world class team and culture and contribute to our core mission which is enhancing our customer's experience.Position SummaryThe Treasurer will be responsible for ensuring proper financial management and providing strategic advice on financial matters. The Treasurer will oversee capital planning and liquidity management, asset liability management, interest rate risk management, banking and capital market activities and overseeing investor and rating agency relationships. The Treasurer will work closely with the CFO and external stakeholders to ensure that the organization maintains adequate liquidity, a prudent capital structure and an optimal cost of capital.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee relationships with bank, rating agencies and other capital providers.
  • Lead execution of all bank credit and capital market activities including bank facilities, asset-backed securities issuance, debt capital markets and commercial paper programs.
  • Forecast and monitor liquidity and capital needs.
  • Develop and monitor effective asset/liability management programs including management of interest rate risk.
  • Manage the Servicing Operations team responsible for all post issuance servicing related reporting and associated facility audits.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Build, manage and mentor a high performing Treasury team.Qualifications and Competencies RequiredTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     • Strong understanding of bank lending and capital markets including asset-backed financings, unsecured debt and equity financing and other forms of capital funding.
    • Strong relationships with banks, capital providers and credit rating agencies.
    • Knowledge of asset liability management and interest rate risk management strategies.
    • Understanding of structured product investor reporting including Regulation AB requirements.
    • Knowledge of investment management, cash flow and liquidity management, and capital risk assessment.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Required Experience
      • 15 years of proven experience as a Treasurer or in a similar financial management role.
      • Transactional experience in asset-backed securities and debt capital market programs, preferably in the auto finance industry.
      • Experience in capital and liquidity forecasting and balance sheet management.Education
        • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Qualifications Preferred
