A company is looking for a Senior Content Creator Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and improve the experience of content creators at
various growth stages
Acquire potential creators and quality IP and content
Activate and engage the content creator community through various
tactics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher with over 5 years of experience in
PUGC/PGC creator operations
Experience in content/community-based platform operations is
preferred
Proficient in data analysis to inform business decisions
Ability to communicate effectively with creators and understand
their needs
Experience in the crypto industry is preferred
