Full time Regional Medical Director - New Opportunity + Excellent Compensation - Raleigh / Durham area of North Carolina.We are looking for a full-time DVM to join our team as a Regional Medical Director. This is a new opportunity with excellent compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary medicine and a passion for leadership.The Regional Medical Director will be responsible for the overall medical care of our animals. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures, training staff, and managing the budget. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities:

• Provide medical care for animals
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Train staff
• Manage the budget
• Work with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the hospitalQualifications:
  • DVM degree
  • At least 5 years of experience in veterinary medicine
  • Strong leadership skills
