Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 7-9 Account Executives to exceed sales
targets
Drive performance by setting goals, tracking metrics, and providing
feedback
Optimize sales processes to enhance efficiency and conversion
rates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience leading remote sales
teams
4+ years of progressive full-cycle sales experience, preferably in
SaaS or tech startups
Proven track record of leading teams of 5+ Account Executives to
achieve targets
Experience with SMB sales in subscription-based business models
Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven decision making
