Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with specialized expertise in SAP reporting and Power BI. This role will focus on managing financial integration initiatives, enhancing reporting capabilities, and delivering data-driven insights to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems and a proven track record of leveraging SAP and Power BI for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities : Manage and execute financial integration projects, ensuring seamless implementation of SAP reporting solutions and Power BI dashboards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design workflows, and prioritize deliverables.
Lead cross-functional teams to integrate financial platforms and ensure efficient data flow between systems.
Oversee the design and development of automated financial reports using SAP reporting tools and Power BI.
Provide insights and recommendations by transforming complex financial data into intuitive visualizations and reports.
Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders using appropriate methodologies and tools.
Identify and mitigate risks related to financial integration projects, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and business objectives.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or PMP certification is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with a focus on financial systems integration.
Hands-on expertise with SAP reporting tools and Power BI development.
Strong knowledge of financial ERP systems and data visualization tools.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.

Preferred Skills : Experience with data migration, transformation, and integration using SAP.
Strong analytical and technical abilities to design impactful Power BI dashboards and reports.
Knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
