company`s compensation plans, organization control, incentive
programs, and policies, ensuring they comply with the relevant
legislations.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business
Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a closely
related field + 3 years of exp as a Compensation Manager, Advisor
or other closely related Compensation role.
