Kirschbaum Law Group, LLC, a Connecticut law firm with an administrative office in Manchester, Connecticut, is seeking to hire an attorney for a remote probate attorney position to join the firm's busy and growing statewide probate litigation practice.
You might be a good fit for this position if: you are an experienced probate attorney; you are a new attorney who is seeking to become a probate attorney; or you are an experienced attorney who is seeking either to change your area of practice or to re-enter the workforce after taking a break from practicing law.
Statewide Probate Litigation Practice. This position gives the attorney the immediate opportunity to join the firm's busy statewide probate litigation practice. The firm handles highly contested probate cases, including conservatorship proceedings, power of attorney accounting proceedings, trust accounting proceedings, and estate administration proceedings. The firm also handles probate appeals. The attorney would work closely with Supervising Attorney Anna-Liisa Nixon and Managing Attorney Damon Kirschbaum.
Admitted to the Practice of Law in Connecticut. We need attorneys who are admitted to the practice of law in Connecticut. We cannot hire attorneys who are not authorized to practice law in Connecticut.
Remote Position. The probate attorney position is, and always will be, a remote position. The firm has had attorneys working remotely for well over seven years. The attorneys in this position will never be required to work in an office, although they will have access to the conference room at the firm's administrative office in Manchester.
In or Near Connecticut. Although this is a remote work position, applicants must live in or near Connecticut to appear in probate courts throughout Connecticut regularly.
Compensation. The yearly compensation for the position is $103,125 to $137,500. with opportunities for significant growth for high performers.
